Every few weeks, I create a slot in my freelance schedule to offer FREE editing for a new writer.

This is ONLY open to first-time authors and their debut manuscripts. 

Why? Quite simply, because I can! 

I will edit the first 20K words and return your manuscript, including my comprehensive in-line comments. I will also include general editorial feedback, tips and recommendations, helping you shape and improve your developing writing skills. I will return your manuscript as two Word documents, as a 'tracked' and a 'clean' version.

This experience will give you an understanding of how the copyediting process works, and what to expect, should you decide to go down the professional editing route in the future.
